Post-visit patient interviews, conducted telephonically by real people, provide immediate feedback from patients who have just completed their appointment. Using a customized interview guide and checklist, our expert team of callers, solicits impressions and comments from patients regarding their experiences with practice operations, the provider and other staff members. More than a “survey,” our telephone connection with patients encourages them to be open, candid and helpful in their feedback. Our reporting system is “real-time” enabling our clients to access their patients’ kudos or criticisms as they’re entered online.
Clients use this valuable information to acknowledge outstanding service performance by deserving individuals or to make subtle interventions where needed.
