Focus Groups


Patient focus groups, during which practice “customers” describe their experiences with the medical group physician and staff, are invaluable for improving customer service and clinic operations.  Satisfaction surveys provide mounds of data, but cannot deliver the punch of a first-person narrative.  We work with our clients to develop a customized focus group Moderate’s Guide, lead the session(s) and furnish a report including verbatim comments and suggestions made by the focus group participants.
