Our 20 provider clinic purchased the Five Star Service is C.L.E.A.R. training DVD in January, 2014. The 24 minute video is full of good information and examples of how to provide excellent customer service in a medical setting. It provides much food for thought and raised our staff’s awareness of things that take no extra time that they could do to make the patient experience better. As new employees are hired, viewing the video is a part of their orientation. This is a most useful tool for providing training to your existing staff, as well as new hires.
